what to do to stop feeling sick when hungry

This is anon because I feel quite embarrassed about non being able to interpret my ain torso!

So aye, as the title says. Often I can't tell if I experience sick or hungry. I think sometimes it is because of eating dairy, which causes bloating and pain, which is what I take right now - just I concluding ate at almost 11:30, then am I mistaking this 'pain' for hunger!? The other twenty-four hours I thought I was starving then ate some porridge, only to exist in desperation a piddling while later. This is and then annoying. I'm flipping between tummy rumbles and breadbasket pain.
Can anyone advise? If you have food intolerances and you happen to eat something 'bad', do yous get the same hungry/ill confusion? I don't desire to hazard eating then feeling worse, but at the same time I do feel pretty hungry... :confused:

I idea I was hungry the other evening, then I ate an apple, simply after a bit realised I was still hungry, so I ate some crisps, and I was even so hungry, so I had a wagonwheel, and I was however hungry, so ate another, and and then some other bag of crisps. Then I realised that I had tummy ache because I had eaten too much, and then yes, it is easy to think you are hungry when yous are not. Y'all do sound equally if you are ill though, with the agony.

Maybe your allergic to dairy, and that's why you lot feel sick after eating dairy products?

I don't eat dairy often - I've not had milk/cheese etc for nigh a year, but I've usually been fine with chocolate. Last couple of weeks, the chocolate has as well started making me experience ill, and and then now I know it definitely is the chocolate (I fabricated sure that today I've had admittedly cipher else that could make me feel ill), I've chucked the rest out and will avoid it from now on... and so yes, I practise realise information technology's non rocket scientific discipline. Shame though that now I can't even have chocolate. It'south been hard enough not having cheese and ice cream for a yr, I tin can't imagine not having chocolate either *feels sorry for herself*

Anyway, the question wasn't really virtually whether or not I'm allergic/intolerant to dairy, information technology was near whether the symptoms I'm having are just obviously erstwhile 'omg why did y'all feed me that?!' or hunger. lol. Because I guess that later a while, the pain would take to change into hunger when the nutrient has left my breadbasket... right? I'g just sort of unsure when that might be! I ate the chocolate about vii/eight hours ago (for breakfast, yes I know, yuck) and started feeling pretty bad about i:30/2pm, even though I'd eaten in betwixt that. I'm just going to put up with it I estimate and wait until a normal time to eat again.

you lot were probably hungry... i recently keep getting really bad tum pains... feels like my stomachs pulling its walls into itself and engulfing information technology... then much hurting... simply then i eat and its fine... usually happens when i dont swallow at regular intervals.
and drink something? cos often we tin can not tell whether its hunger or thirst.

I've had this earlier. I usually test the water by eating something small, and if information technology relives the pain then it'south obv hunger, and if you throw it up so it'due south something else. :rolleyes:

Ugh, I hate that.

I take hiatus hernia.
But I have magic pills to prevent acid reflux :woo: .

If you feel ill, beverage water, information technology can usually mean you're just dehydrated. If you still feel ill, eat something and take your time. If you start to get pains, perhaps yous have IBS? Drink some peppermint tea, it helps your tummy. If you're feeling nausious, and then you're probably ill. Promise this helps

I used to have this trouble. I set out my meals and with no snacks now. Just when I am doing a lot of exercise in a day, then I seem to get so much more hungry, which is normal..
